Crema Alpina Quark Balls
Crema Alpina Quark Balls in 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 pinch of salt

2 eggs

125g low-fat curd cheese

125g Crema Alpina

1 tbsp sugar

powdered sugar
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir with quark or low-fat quark, Crema Alpina and sugar until liquid
- Put the flour mixture into the bowl and stir/knead until it forms a dough
- Place baking paper on a baking tray and form the dough into balls with your hands (flour on your hands helps)
- Place the balls on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove the quark balls from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar
