Crema Alpina Quark Balls in 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125g Crema Alpina
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • powdered sugar

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir with quark or low-fat quark, Crema Alpina and sugar until liquid
  • Put the flour mixture into the bowl and stir/knead until it forms a dough
  • Place baking paper on a baking tray and form the dough into balls with your hands (flour on your hands helps)
  • Place the balls on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
  • Remove the quark balls from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar
