Crema Alpina Muffins

Fluffy Crema Alpina muffins in 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g melted butter
  • 250g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of Crema Alpina per muffin

Preparation:

  • Preheat to 180°C top and bottom heat
  • Put eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat until frothy
  • Add milk and butter and stir
  • Add baking powder and flour in small pieces and stir
  • Fill muffin tins halfway, add Crema Alpina to the middle and cover with more batter
  • Bake the muffin tins for 20 minutes
