Crema Alpina Muffins
Fluffy Crema Alpina muffins in 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100ml milk
- 50g melted butter
- 250g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of Crema Alpina per muffin
Preparation:
- Preheat to 180°C top and bottom heat
- Put eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat until frothy
- Add milk and butter and stir
- Add baking powder and flour in small pieces and stir
- Fill muffin tins halfway, add Crema Alpina to the middle and cover with more batter
- Bake the muffin tins for 20 minutes
