Crema Alpina Brownies

Delicious Crema Alpina Brownies in 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 115g butter
  • 170b dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 175g flour
  • 250g Crema Alpina (1 can)

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a 20 x 20 cm cake tin with baking paper.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. Chop the chocolate. When the butter is warm, remove the pan from the heat and melt the chocolate pieces in the butter.
  • Stir in the eggs one at a time and vigorously, preferably with a wooden spoon.
  • Add sugar and flour and mix everything into a mass.
  • Pour half of the batter into the cake tin, then add half of the Crema Alpina in pieces.
  • Carefully place the second half of the batter onto the dulce de leche layer.
  • Finally, place the dish in the middle of the oven for 30 – 35 minutes.
