Crema Alpina Brownies
Delicious Crema Alpina Brownies in 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 115g butter
- 170b dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 175g flour
- 250g Crema Alpina (1 can)
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a 20 x 20 cm cake tin with baking paper.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Chop the chocolate. When the butter is warm, remove the pan from the heat and melt the chocolate pieces in the butter.

Stir in the eggs one at a time and vigorously, preferably with a wooden spoon.

Add sugar and flour and mix everything into a mass.

Pour half of the batter into the cake tin, then add half of the Crema Alpina in pieces.

Carefully place the second half of the batter onto the dulce de leche layer.

Finally, place the dish in the middle of the oven for 30 – 35 minutes.
